Toyota Hiace 2002

FULL SERVICE HISTORY
397,000K’s
Rego Till March
Mechanically the van is absolutely sound, there are no knocks, no rattles, no funny noises, she steers straight and starts every time. The only thing that has been picked up on it is a slow oil leak from the rocker cover, I have been assured by the mechanic this poses no threat to the engine or the day to day running of the vehicle and can be left but just keep an eye on the oil level. I have topped up twice in my ownership. Replacement Rocker Cover Gasket to fix the problem is $40 plus 2-3 hours labour.
2 brand new Tyres on the front, spare is good but not new.
Very genuine reason for sale (Long story, will explain in person)

The Conversion

The conversion has been meticulously planned and designed with a minimal concept in mind. It has been built to a very professional standard as I have a lot of experience building houses. There has been a lot of thought gone into the efficient use of space, this has led to the van feeling light, open and very spacious even though it still has all of the features and storage of a regular van conversion.

Full Solar Set Up with BRAND NEW Solar Panel, Inverter, Battery, Fridge and LED lighting. All items are still under warranty!

Roof Mounted Solar Panel - Brand New - Still under warranty.

Second Battery - This Powers the fridge, the mains power, the LED lighting. Brand new under warranty still.

Mains Inverter - 500w Pure Sine Inverter, this is powered by the solar and is more than capable of charging your laptops and any other devices. I even ran a jigsaw off it whilst building the van. Also has a USB port that uses next to no power to charge your phones and speakers. Brand new, around 9 months warranty remaining.

Refrigerator - 30L Drawer fridge from Kings. This is powered entirely by the solar panel and is constantly on. Its a great size and is conveniently hidden in the false floor. Brand new and has around 9 months warranty.

LED Lighting - I did a lot of research before buying LED’s and went with these Warm White Strips from Linear Lux. They are operated by a hidden dimmer switch and can go from the low ambient lighting to entirely illuminating the whole van.

Cooking - Twin Gas Burner

Removable panel at the foot of the bed doubles the floorspace inside and makes for a great chilling area, easily removed at nighttime as a tabletop or at the head of the bed.
