Vehicle description

Key details:
*Available in Auckland.
*Price: $10,500 ONO
*Petrol engine, manual
*Mileage: 248XXX km
*WOF: 24 September 2024
*Rego: 27 March 2025
*Self contained until 27 October 2026
*Full service: 15 March 2024
*Secondary deep cycle leisure battery for electrics and lighting

My partner and I bought this van from a couple who carefully converted it into a self-contained van in October 2022. We are the ONLY second owners to use it as a travelling van. We had for the past three month traveling around the country and had no single one problem with it! We are selling it as our trip come to an end.

Some more features and details:
*Comfortable double bed foam mattress🛏
*Converts from living room set up to bed easily
*Fully bedding is provided as well.
*Toilet in fixed box (unused).🚽
* When converting the vehicle, a vapour membrane under the floor and insulating wool in the walls was added. This helps with both temperature regulation and noise prevention. This helps to keep the van warm in cold nights. 🔥
*Fully equipped kitchen including tap with electric pump. Fresh and grey water tank both 25 litre - easy to remove and refill / empty + 3 meters filling fresh water pipe. 🚰
*Full set of cutlery and cooking equipment. 🍽
*Secondary leisure battery for internal lights and electronics. Charged separately and works without the engine.🔌
*Two USB outlets and one auxiliary power outlet, and four 240V sockets via an inverter (useful for charging laptops or cameras).
*Two burner stove and 2kg LPG-gas bottle. Refill is super cheap and doesn't run out for months (we've only had to refill once).
*Air conditioning in the van
*Two camping chairs and table
*Storage boxes and LOTS of storage under the bed (we found this very important when travelling)
*Tinted windows and custom made black out curtains (internally very dark at night and sleep was never an issue)
*Roof rack - perfect for extra storage of a roof bag or to make the van an adventure van!

Bongo is super manoeuvrable compared to other campers - easy to park and can do a U-turn in a very small radius.

Other details if interested:
The secondary battery provides power to the van electrics in the form of power outlets, an electric sink pump and internal lights. The leisure battery can last 4-5 days without needing to charge it (we have yet to have it run out on us from a trip). This is super handy for keeping devices powered up etc.
The kitchen has a running water tap and a flip out table to help with space for cooking. The waste and fresh water containers are conveniently placed under the sink and are easy to remove and fill up.
The bongo is a very reliable drive and we have certainly tested it! The van was fully serviced in March 2024 and we can provide a full service history since we have owned it. Has WOF till September 2024
Finally, there is a secret security feature we can show you when you view.

Good to know:
There is some damage to outside of right hand panel (another car scraped us when the van was parked in a carpark). The damage is cosmetic only and does not affect anything mechanical (passed WOF with it no problem).

You’ll love it when you view it, any questions let me know!
